RECEPTIONIST
1. Purpose of Job
Efficiently operate the Company's telephone switchboard, receive incoming clients/visitors, provide courteous assistance and perform data processing.
Principal Responsibilities
- Operates the telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
- Receives the public and respond to their queries, in person and by telephone.
- Records and delivers messages as required.
- Sorts and distributes mail and cheques for collection by the respective departments.
- Extract documents from SharePoint and upload them to client files.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Minimum education and experience

- At least one (1) years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Passes in five (5) GCE '0' Level or CXC (General) subjects including English Language and Mathematics or a comparable numerical subject.
- Proficient in the use of MicroSoft products especially Excel.
