Accounting Clerk (Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica) - Stonebrook Vista

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the positions of Accounting Clerk at Stonebrook Vista in Falmouth, Trelawny.

The incumbent will have responsibility for conducting all monetary transactions relating to the operations of Stonebrook Vista Management Company Limited, including collection of maintenance fees, inputting payment information in Excel/Spreadsheets/QuickBooks software system, maintain and balance bank accounts, maintain petty Cash Imprest, prepare payments  for vendors, in addition to other related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Associates degree in Accounting
• Working experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
