A manufacturing and distribution company in Kingston invites applicants for the position of Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the following responsibilities:
- Motivate the warehouse team to meet or exceed goals and standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept orderly, safe and clean.
- Learn specific company software for inventory management.
- Oversee the accurate pulling and loading of orders for delivery.
- Assist with recording attendances and time keeping of the warehouse team.
- Assist with recording attendances and time keeping of vehicles.
Applicants should possess the following:
- Three (3) CXC certificates of education - preferably Mathematics and English
- At least three (3) years' experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
