Technical Support Agents needed in Kingston to work on a 24HR Campaign.


We welcome you to bring your Technical Support skills and experience and join our prestigious and professional Technical Support Team on our Daytime account located solely in the heart of New Kingston. This competitive phenomenal CHAT account seeks to discover the technical skills you have to offer.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid ID – National ID, Passport, Driver License
  • NIS
  • TRN
  • 3 CXC Subjects- MUST include English Language (Original Qualifications only)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Updated Resume (hardcopy)

Ideal Candidate
  • Fully Flexible – MUST be able to work any 5 days of the week including weekends & public holidays.
  • Able to assess chats to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
  • Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
  • Provides customers with information that is specialized.
  • Communicates in a warm and empathetic manner.
  • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
  • Explains company policies to customers.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Able to Type a minimum of 25 WPM
