Merchandiser (Old Harbour, St. Catherine, JM) - Jamaica Broilers Group Limited

The Best Dressed Chicken Division of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a well-spoken, confident, and creative individual to join its Sales and Marketing team as a Merchandiser. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring brand visibility and driving sales through exceptional product presentation and customer service within retail stores across the parish of St. Catherine.

As such, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborating skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to perform product merchandising, generally in large-volume stores.
• Ability to manage inventory control and execute promotional displays effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, changing schedules and fluctuating workloads.
• Willing to travel to assigned customer locations daily.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing to work on a contractual basis.
• Experience in marketing meat, poultry and further processed products would be an asset.
• A minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in consumer goods merchandising.
• A High School Diploma with passes in at least 3 CSEC subjects at the General Level including English Language or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• A valid Food Handler’s Permit.
